    If you are driving from the town of Isabela, head south on PR-2 towards Aguadilla. After approximately 7 miles, take the exit for PR-446 towards Guajataca. Follow PR-446 for about 5 miles until you reach Guajataca Lake, which will be on your right. Look for the parking area near the lake.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Guajataca Lake by public transportation, take the 'Guaguas' (public vans) from the Isabela town square heading towards Aguadilla. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of PR-446. From there, you will need to walk about 1 mile along PR-446, heading towards the lake. Keep an eye out for signage directing you to Guajataca Lake.

    From the town of San Sebastián, take PR-111 south towards Isabela. After about 10 miles, turn left onto PR-446. Continue on PR-446 for approximately 5 miles, and you will arrive at Guajataca Lake on your left. Look for the designated parking areas.

    If you're in Aguadilla, take the public bus heading towards Isabela. Inform the driver to stop at the intersection of PR-446. From there, it will be about a 20-minute walk to Guajataca Lake, following PR-446. Be sure to watch for the lake entrance along the road.
