From Rincon, head to the nearest bus stop on Route 115, which is located along the main road. Look for the 'Guayacanes' bus that travels towards Cabo Rojo. The bus should arrive approximately every hour. Inform the driver that you are going to Boquerón. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you will need to get off at the Boquerón stop. Once you get off, walk towards the beach area, and you should see signs leading you to the main attractions of Boquerón.
