Turn left onto Route 413 and continue for another 0.5 miles until you see signs for El Último Brinco. Follow the signs, which will lead you to a path that goes down to the beach area.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Rincon. Start at Plaza de Recreo, and cycle west on Route 115. After about 1.5 miles, take a left onto Route 413. Continue cycling for about 0.5 miles. Look for the signs leading to El Último Brinco, and follow the path down to the beach.

Take a local public bus or 'guagua' from Rincon to the nearest stop at the intersection of Route 115 and Route 413. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. From the bus stop, walk west on Route 413 for about 0.5 miles until you see the signs for El Último Brinco. Follow the path down to the beach from there.
