At this intersection, you will find a bus stop where local 'guaguas' (vans) can take you to Cabo Rojo. Board a guagua heading towards Cabo Rojo and let the driver know you want to go to Los Pozos Beach. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Cabo Rojo, you can ask locals for directions to Los Pozos Beach, which is a short walk from the main road.
