Walk

From the center of Rincon, head east on Calle Pedro de Dios towards the ocean. Continue walking until you reach the main intersection at Carr. 115. Cross the street and take a left onto Carr. 115 heading northeast. Follow Carr. 115 for about 2.5 miles until you reach the sign for Isabela. Continue straight until you see Avenida Noel Estrada on your right. Turn right on Avenida Noel Estrada and walk for about 0.2 miles. The Túnel de Guajataca will be on your left.
Bike

If you have rented a bike, start from the Plaza de Recreo in Rincon. Head east on Calle Pedro de Dios, then take a left at Carr. 115. Continue biking northeast on Carr. 115 for approximately 2.5 miles. When you approach the intersection for Isabela, stay straight, and then turn right onto Avenida Noel Estrada. Proceed for about 0.2 miles, and the Túnel de Guajataca will be on your left.
Public Bus

Catch the public bus that travels along Carr. 115 towards Isabela. Board the bus at any designated bus stop in Rincon. Inform the driver that you want to go to Isabela. After a ride of approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Avenida Noel Estrada. Once you get off, walk about 0.2 miles along Avenida Noel Estrada heading east, and you will find the Túnel de Guajataca on your left.
