To reach El Espigón (La Garita del Diablo) using public transportation, you can take the bus route 'S' which runs towards Old San Juan. Get off at the stop closest to the 'Castillo San Cristóbal'. From there, walk towards Calle Norzagaray, following the coastline. It’s about a 10-minute walk. Look for FV9Q+CV3, and you will arrive at your destination.
