If you are renting a car, start from the main town of Isabel Segunda. Head east on PR-201 until you reach PR-200. Turn right onto PR-200 and continue for about 5 miles. Look for signs indicating the turn-off for the Spitting Cave, which is located on an unnamed road. You will need to drive down this unpaved road to reach the parking area near the cave. Please note that some sections may be rocky or uneven, so drive cautiously. There is no cost for parking.

To reach Spitting Cave via public transportation, catch a public 'guagua' (shared taxi) from Isabel Segunda heading towards the east side of the island.
