If you have a rental car, start from the main town of Isabel Segunda. Head southeast on PR-200 until you reach the intersection with PR-201. Turn right onto PR-201 and continue until you reach the junction with PR-996. Turn left onto PR-996 and drive approximately 4.5 kilometers. Hacienda Tamarindo will be on your left. Look for the sign at the entrance.

For public transportation, take the 'Guaguas' (local vans) that run regularly between Isabel Segunda and different parts of the island. You’ll want to board a guagua heading towards the direction of Rte. 996. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Rte. 996 Km. 4.5. From there, it is a short walk to Hacienda Tamarindo. Make sure to confirm the schedule, as guaguas may not run late in the evening.
