Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are staying in the Isabel Segunda area, start by heading south towards the main road, PR-200. Once you reach the road, turn left and continue walking until you reach the fork where PR-200 meets PR-201. Stay to the left on PR-201 and continue walking. After about 1.5 miles, you will see a sign for Mosquito Bay Beach on your left. Follow the path leading down towards the beach, which will take you directly to the stunning waters of Mosquito Bay Beach.

    For those who prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Isabel Segunda. From there, head south towards PR-200. Turn left onto PR-200 and ride until you reach the fork where it meets PR-201. Keep left on PR-201 and pedal for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for the sign indicating Mosquito Bay Beach on your left, and follow the path leading to the beach.

  • Public Transportation (Taxi/Collective Taxi)

    If you do not wish to walk or bike, you can take a collective taxi (known as 'carros públicos') from any main area in Vieques, like Isabel Segunda or Esperanza.
