Continue on PR-200 for about 5 miles. Look for signs indicating Caracas Beach. You will see a small parking lot near the beach entrance. Parking is free.
Public Transportation (Bus)
You can catch a public bus from the Isabel Segunda area. Look for buses heading towards the beaches, specifically the ones that stop at Caracas Beach. The fare is typically around $2 per person. Inform the driver to drop you off at Caracas Beach. The bus may take around 30 minutes depending on stops.
Taxi
Taxis are available across Vieques. You can hail a taxi or call one from your accommodation. Provide the taxi driver with the destination 'Caracas Beach, Puerto Ferro.' The fare should be approximately $15-$25 depending on your location on the island. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes from most areas.
