After arriving at the Culebra Ferry Terminal, you will find taxis available outside the terminal. Take a taxi to Playa Carlos Rosario. The ride is approximately 10-15 minutes. If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route from the Culebra Ferry Terminal to Playa Carlos Rosario. From the terminal, head north along the main road (PR-250) for about 1.5 miles.
