Walking
If you are in Isabel Segunda, head southeast on Calle Flamboyán towards the waterfront. Continue along the coast until you reach the intersection with Route 997. Turn left onto Route 997 and walk approximately 3.5 miles. You will see signs for the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. Follow the signs until you reach the entrance.

Bicycle
From Esperanza, cycle north along the main road, Route 201, towards Isabel Segunda. Once you reach Isabel Segunda, continue on Route 997 heading east. The ride is about 5 miles from Esperanza to the Refuge entrance. Keep an eye out for wildlife and enjoy the scenery along the way.

Public Transport (Bus)
Catch the public bus from the main bus terminal in Isabel Segunda heading towards the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. The bus route is not direct, so ask the driver to let you know when you reach the nearest stop to the Refuge entrance. Be prepared to walk the final distance of about half a mile once you get off the bus.
