If you are staying in Isabel Segunda, start at the ferry terminal. Head south along the main road (PR-200) until you reach the intersection with PR-201. Follow PR-201 towards the south until you reach the area of Florida. Continue straight until you see signs for Mosquito Pier. The pier will be on your left after you pass through the town center of Florida.
