If you are in Isabel Segunda, start by heading south on Calle Antonio L. Rodríguez towards PR-200. Once you reach PR-200, turn left and walk along the road. Continue walking for about 20-25 minutes until you reach Rompeolas - Mosquito Pier. You will see the pier extending into the water on your right. Be sure to enjoy the local scenery along the way!

If you have rented a bicycle in Vieques, start in Isabel Segunda. Head south on Calle Antonio L. Rodríguez, then turn left onto PR-200. Follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers (about 15 minutes), and you will arrive at Rompeolas - Mosquito Pier on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and watch out for traffic.
