Car
From any location in the West Region, head towards Route 2 (Carretera 2). If you're near San Germán, take Route 2 East. Continue on Route 2 until you reach the junction with Route 116 (Carretera 116). Take Route 116 South towards Lajas. Follow Route 116 until you see signs for Bosque Estatal de Boquerón. The park entrance is located at XV2R+WXH, Lajas, 00667. Parking is available at the entrance, and there is no entrance fee.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Ponce to Lajas. The bus terminal in Ponce is located at Calle 25 de Enero. Look for routes that head towards Lajas or Cabo Rojo. Once you arrive in Lajas, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Bosque Estatal de Boquerón as public transport does not go directly to the entrance. Ensure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your trip.
