Merge onto Route 53 South towards Humacao. After about 10 miles, take the exit toward PR-3 South. Follow PR-3 until you reach Punta Santiago. Look for signs that direct you to Park Entrance Road. The entrance to Humacao Nature Preserve will be on your left at the coordinates 562H+753, Park Entrance Road, Punta Santiago, 00791.
