    From Arcadia Management Area, get onto RI-165 W. Follow RI-165 W for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with US-1 S. Merge onto US-1 S and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward RI-138 E, and merge onto RI-138 E. Follow RI-138 E for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Washington St in Newport. Turn left onto Washington St, and continue for a short distance until you see the Rose Island Lighthouse at 1 Washington St, Newport, RI 02840.

    Public Transportation

    From Arcadia Management Area, you need to take a taxi or a rideshare to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the intersection of RI-165 and US-1. Take the RIPTA bus #60 towards Newport. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes and get off at the stop for Washington St. Walk a short distance down Washington St, and you will find the Rose Island Lighthouse at 1 Washington St, Newport, RI 02840.
