From Beavertail State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Beavertail Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Rte 138. Turn left onto Rte 138 East. Follow Rte 138 for approximately 7 miles, where it will merge with Rte 1. Stay on Rte 1 and then take the exit toward Newport. Follow the signs to Newport, which will lead you to Long Wharf Mall located in downtown Newport. The mall will be on your right. Parking is available nearby.

From Beavertail State Park, you can catch a bus from the nearest bus stop located near the entrance of the park. You will need to take the RIPTA bus #60 towards Newport. The bus will take you directly to downtown Newport. Once you arrive in downtown Newport, it's a short walk to Long Wharf Mall. Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs for Long Wharf Mall, which is located at Long Wharf, Newport, RI 02840.
