Take the nearest major road leading to Route 146. Once on Route 146, head north and take the exit for Route 123 toward Lincoln. Continue on Route 123 until you reach Lower River Rd. Turn left onto Lower River Rd, and you will find Blackstone River State Park on your right. There is free parking available at the park.

For those using public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop in Blackstone Valley. You can take the RIPTA Route 55 bus towards Pawtucket. Get off at the stop nearest to Lincoln, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. From there, you may need to walk about 1.5 miles along Route 123 to reach Lower River Rd. Keep an eye out for signs pointing toward Blackstone River State Park. Given the distance, consider using a rideshare service or taxi from the bus stop to the park if you prefer not to walk.
