Take the nearest major road leading to Route 146. Once on Route 146, head north and take the exit for Route 123 toward Lincoln. Continue on Route 123 until you reach Lower River Rd. Turn left onto Lower River Rd, and you will find Blackstone River State Park on your right. There is free parking available at the park.
