From the Block Island Ferry terminal, head east on Water Street towards the intersection with Old Town Road. Turn left onto Old Town Road and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn right onto Chapel Street and follow it until you reach the main road, Corn Neck Road. Continue on Corn Neck Road until you find the bus stop for the Block Island Express. Take the bus to the mainland ferry terminal in Point Judith, Rhode Island.

Once you arrive at Point Judith, disembark and walk towards the parking area where you will find the bus service to Newport. Take the bus towards Newport, and get off at the nearest stop to Bellevue Avenue.
