If you're starting from Old Harbor, head northwest on Water Street towards Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street and continue until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn right on High Street, which will become Corn Neck Road. Follow Corn Neck Road for about 1.5 miles, and you will see Settlers Rock on your left. It's a historical landmark known for its picturesque views.

Rent a bike from one of the local shops near Old Harbor. Begin your ride by heading north on Water Street, then turn left onto Chapel Street. Continue on Chapel Street to High Street, where you will turn right. As you ride along High Street, it will transition into Corn Neck Road. From Old Harbor, take the Block Island ferry shuttle or local bus service that operates on the island. Get off at the stop closest to the North Lighthouse. From there, you'll need to walk south along Corn Neck Road for about 0.5 miles until you reach Settlers Rock on your right.
