If you are driving from anywhere in East Bay, head towards Route 114 and follow the signs for Newport. Continue on Route 114 until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Merge onto Route 138 East towards Newport. Stay on Route 138 until you see the signs for Ocean Drive. Take the exit for Ocean Drive and follow this scenic route. Brenton Point State Park will be on your left after approximately 1.5 miles. Parking is available on-site, and there is no fee for entry.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) provides bus services that can take you to Newport. Take the #60 or #67 bus from your location in East Bay to the Newport Transportation Center. Once you arrive at the transportation center, you can transfer to the #67 bus towards Ocean Drive. This bus will take you directly to a stop near Brenton Point State Park. Please check the RIPTA schedule for the latest times and any fare costs, as a standard one-way fare is typically around $2.

If you prefer to bike, you can take the East Bay Bike Path towards Bristol. From Bristol, continue south towards Newport, following local roads and bike paths.
