Public Bus
From East Greenwich, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. You can catch the RIPTA Route 14 bus towards Newport. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. The bus will take you through scenic areas, and you should look for the stop at Newport Gateway Center. Once you arrive at Newport Gateway Center, transfer to the Route 67 bus towards Ocean Drive. It will take you directly to Narragansett Avenue. Get off at the stop closest to 120 Narragansett Ave, which is where Chepstow is located.
Walking and Public Transportation
Start by walking to the East Greenwich Train Station located at 1 Railroad Avenue. From there, take the MBTA Commuter Rail towards Wickford Junction. After about a 15-minute ride, get off at Wickford Junction. From Wickford Junction, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Newport, which is about a 20-minute drive. Once in Newport, you can walk to Chepstow, located at 120 Narragansett Ave.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in East Greenwich. Head towards the East Greenwich Town Beach via Post Road. Follow the bike path along the shore until you reach Newport. Once in Newport, navigate to Narragansett Avenue by following the signs for Ocean Drive. Chepstow is located at 120 Narragansett Ave, which should take about 45 minutes to an hour of cycling from East Greenwich, depending on your pace.
