    Car

    If you're driving from the center of Warwick, head south on Main St towards Post Rd. Turn left onto Post Rd (RI-1A) and continue for about 7 miles. Merge onto US-1 S and drive for approximately 8 miles. Take the exit for Jamestown and follow signs for Jamestown Bridge. Once over the bridge, continue onto North Rd, then turn left onto Fort Wetherill Rd. The park entrance will be on your right.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Fort Wetherill State Park via public transportation, start by taking the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus #14 from the Warwick Mall to the Jamestown area. Get off at the Jamestown Post Office stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.2 miles. Head northwest on Narragansett Ave, then turn left onto Fort Wetherill Rd and continue until you reach the park entrance.
