Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Narragansett Town Beach, head north on Ocean Road. Continue walking along Ocean Road for about 1.5 miles. You will pass by beautiful coastal views on your left. Look for the sign for Black Point Trailhead at 655 Ocean Road. The trailhead is located right off the road, and you can easily access it from the sidewalk.

    From the center of Narragansett, head southeast on Point Judith Road. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Ocean Road. Continue for approximately 1 mile until you reach 655 Ocean Road. The Black Point Trailhead will be on your right, easily accessible from the bike lane along the road.

    Take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus service. Route 14 (Narragansett) will take you close to your destination. Get off at the stop near Ocean Road and Sand Hill Cove.
