    From Narragansett, head to the nearest bus stop and take the RIPTA Route 14 bus towards Providence. The bus will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Thayer St. & George St.' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk north on George Street for about 5 minutes until you reach 94 George St. The John Carter Brown Library will be on your left.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Narragansett. Head northwest on Ocean Road, then turn left onto Route 1. Continue cycling on Route 1 until you reach the fork, then take the exit towards Providence. Follow the signs for College Hill, and turn left onto George St. The library will be at 94 George St, which will be on your right after a short ride.
