If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Newport, Rhode Island. Head northwest on Broadway toward Spring St. Continue straight onto Route 138. Follow Route 138 for about 8 miles until you reach the junction with Route 24. Merge onto Route 24 S toward Fall River. After approximately 2 miles, take exit 3A for Route 81 toward Tiverton. Continue on Route 81 and follow the signs to Tiverton. The First Indian Reservation is located at Tiverton, RI 02878, near the intersection of Route 81 and Main Rd. Look for any local historical markers as you approach the area. Parking is usually available on the street or nearby open areas.
