Walking
If you are starting from downtown Pawtucket, head south on Main Street toward the intersection with Exchange Street. Turn left onto Exchange Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Roosevelt Avenue. Turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the Pawtucket-Central Falls Train Station. From there, take the train towards Providence. Once you arrive at the Providence station, exit and head south on the pedestrian pathway to Kennedy Plaza. Burnside Park is located at 40 Kennedy Plaza, right in the heart of downtown Providence.
Public Transit (Bus)
From Pawtucket, you can catch the RIPTA bus. Look for bus routes 1 or 8, which both head towards Providence. Board the bus at any convenient stop along the main routes in Pawtucket. Stay on the bus until you reach Kennedy Plaza. Once you disembark at the Kennedy Plaza stop, walk towards 40 Kennedy Plaza, where you will find Burnside Park.
