Make your way to the Providence Amtrak station. Take the Amtrak Northeast Regional train towards Boston and get off at the Kingston station. From Kingston, you can take a taxi or rideshare service directly to Rosecliff, which is about a 30-minute drive away.

If you're up for a cycling adventure, rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in downtown Providence. Head south on South Water Street, then take the bike path along the river towards Newport. The ride is approximately 30 miles and can take about 2-3 hours, depending on your pace. Once you arrive in Newport, follow the local bike paths to Bellevue Avenue and head north until you reach Rosecliff.
