Take the exit for RI-138 East toward Newport. Merge onto RI-138 East and continue straight for about 3 miles. Follow signs for Newport and merge onto J.T. Connell Highway. Continue on the highway until you reach the city center. Turn left onto Broadway, then turn right onto Perry Street. The Isaac Bell House will be on your right at 70 Perry St, Newport, RI 02840.
