Car
If you're traveling by car, start on I-95 N from any location in South County. Take exit 3 for I-295 N towards Providence. Merge onto I-295 N and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 7B toward RI-113 E/RI-2 N. Merge onto RI-113 E and follow it for about 5 miles. Continue straight onto Bullocks Point Ave and drive until you reach the Riverside area. Once you reach Riverside, look for the signs leading to the Pomham Rocks Lighthouse. There is no direct road to the lighthouse itself, so you will need to park nearby and make your way to the water.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from South County to Providence. The RIPTA bus service provides routes from South County to the Kennedy Plaza in downtown Providence. Once you arrive at Kennedy Plaza, transfer to the 60 or 66 bus heading towards East Providence. Get off at the Bullocks Point Avenue stop. From there, you may have to walk approximately 1 mile to the waterfront where you can catch a boat tour to Pomham Rocks Lighthouse.
