    From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, head northwest on Trustom Pond Road. Continue onto S Fisher Rd and make a left onto RI-1 N. Merge onto RI-95 N towards Providence. Take exit 63 for US-146 N toward Worcester. Stay on US-146 N for about 20 miles. Take exit 2B for RI-104 N towards North Smithfield. Continue on RI-104 N and then take a left onto Providence Pike. Audubon Fort Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 1445 Providence Pike, North Smithfield, RI 02896.
