Car
From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, head northwest on Trustom Pond Road. Continue onto S Fisher Rd and make a left onto RI-1 N. Merge onto RI-95 N towards Providence. Take exit 63 for US-146 N toward Worcester. Stay on US-146 N for about 20 miles. Take exit 2B for RI-104 N towards North Smithfield. Continue on RI-104 N and then take a left onto Providence Pike. Audubon Fort Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 1445 Providence Pike, North Smithfield, RI 02896.

From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, you will first need to catch a local bus to a nearby transit hub. You can take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus #14 from nearby stops. Get off at the Providence Transit Center. From there, board the bus #1 or #1X towards North Smithfield. Make sure to check the schedule in advance, as service may vary. You will need to get off at the stop closest to Providence Pike, then walk about 0.5 miles to Audubon Fort Wildlife Refuge at 1445 Providence Pike, North Smithfield, RI 02896. Be prepared for a short walk, and ensure you have fare for the bus.
