If you are starting from the Warwick City Centre, head west on Main Street towards West Shore Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Post Road. Cross over to Post Road and head south. After about 0.5 miles, you will see signage for Buttonwoods Beach. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the entrance to Buttonwoods Beach - Warwick City Park, located on Steven O'Connor Blvd.

Public Transportation
From the Warwick City Centre, take the RIPTA bus number 14 heading towards the airport. Get off at the stop at West Shore Road and Steven O'Connor Blvd. From there, it is a short walk of about 0.3 miles to the entrance of Buttonwoods Beach. Just follow Steven O'Connor Blvd towards the beach, and you will see the entrance to Warwick City Park on your left.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride from the Warwick City Centre. Head south on Main Street and take a left onto West Shore Road. Continue straight for about 1 mile.
