From Warwick, head to the nearest bus stop on Post Rd. Take the RIPTA bus #60 towards Newport. The bus will take you directly to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, get off at the stop near the intersection of Thames St and America’s Cup Ave. From there, transfer to the RIPTA bus #67, which goes to Fort Adams State Park. Get off at the Fort Adams State Park stop. The Eisenhower House is located within the park, just a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from a local rental service in Warwick. Start by heading south on Post Rd and then take the bike path leading towards the waterfront. Follow the path along the shoreline until you reach the scenic paths leading into Newport. Once in Newport, follow the signs towards Fort Adams State Park. The Eisenhower House is located within the park, just a short ride away from the main entrance.
Walking
If you enjoy walking, you can start at the Warwick City Park. Walk towards the waterfront, and then follow the path leading to the Newport Bridge. Cross the bridge on foot (be mindful of traffic) and enter Newport. Once in Newport, walk towards the Fort Adams State Park area. The Eisenhower House is situated within the park. Follow the signs to the house once you enter the park.
