Take the Newport Public Transportation bus route that services the area. Check the schedule for the closest stop to your location. You will want to get off at the stop nearest to Hazard Rd. After disembarking, walk along Hazard Rd for about 10-15 minutes, and you will reach Ballard Park, which is located on the right.
