Get off at the stop closest to Johnny Cake Hill, which is a short walk away from the New Bedford Whaling Museum.

Take the MBTA Commuter Rail from the Warwick station towards Boston. Get off at the station in Providence. From Providence, transfer to the MBTA train towards South Station and disembark at the New Bedford station. Once there, you can take a local bus (RIPTA Route 60) to the New Bedford terminal. From the terminal, switch to Route 5 and get off at the stop nearest to Johnny Cake Hill to reach the museum.
