Bus
From Warwick, head to the nearest bus stop and take the RIPTA Route 1 bus towards Kennedy Plaza. Stay on the bus for approximately 25-30 minutes. Get off at the stop near Kennedy Plaza. From there, transfer to the Route 92 bus towards Brown University. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the Benefit Street stop. The Old State House will be just a short walk down Benefit Street.
Walking
If you're near the Warwick City Hall, you can walk to the Old State House in Providence. Start by heading north on Post Road, then turn left onto Airport Road. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jefferson Boulevard, where you will take a right. Continue straight until you see the pedestrian bridge on your left that leads to the Warwick Station. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the train station. From there, you can take a train to Providence Station. Once you arrive at Providence Station, exit onto the street and walk towards the east along the Riverwalk until you reach the Old State House at 150 Benefit Street.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Warwick City Park. Take the bike path along the water towards the north. Continue along the path until you reach the intersection with Post Road. Turn right onto Post Road and follow it until you reach the intersection with Jefferson Boulevard. Turn left onto Jefferson Boulevard and continue until you reach the pedestrian bridge that leads to the Warwick Station. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the train station. From there, you can take a train to Providence Station. Upon arrival, bike towards the east along the Riverwalk to reach the Old State House at 150 Benefit Street.
