Getting There

    Start from the center of Westerly at the intersection of High St and Main St. Head east on High St towards the intersection with Canal St. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian bridge crossing the Pawcatuck River. After crossing the bridge, follow the path to the right and walk along the riverbank until you reach the end of the path. Turn left onto Route 1 (Boston Post Rd) and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and eateries along the way. Look for the Mystic River Park on your left, which is a great spot for a brief rest. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the intersection with Library St. Turn right onto Library St, and the Mystic & Noank Library will be on your left at 40 Library St.

    From anywhere in Westerly, make your way to the nearest bus stop for the Southeastern Connecticut Transit District (SECTD) buses. You can catch the bus number 1 towards Mystic. Make sure to check the schedule and plan your trip accordingly. The bus will take you along Route 1 towards Mystic. Get off at the closest stop to the Mystic & Noank Library, which is usually at the intersection of Route 1 and Library St. Once you get off the bus, walk down Library St for a short distance, and you will find the library located at 40 Library St on your left.
