From Alba Iulia, head northwest on DN1 towards Aiud. After approximately 25 km, take the exit towards DN75 in the direction of Câmpeni. Follow DN75 for about 20 km until you reach the village of Colțești. Once in Colțești, look for signs to Trascău Fortress, which is located about 2 km from the village center. You may need to park your car in designated areas near the base of the fortress and walk the remaining distance.
