Walking
If you are starting from the Arad City Center (Piața Avram Iancu), head south on Bulevardul Revoluției. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Horia. Turn left onto Strada Horia and walk until you reach the next major intersection with Bulevardul 1848. Cross over to Bulevardul 1848 and continue straight until you reach the large roundabout (Piața 1848). Take the second exit onto Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Follow this street until you see the signs for the train station. Once at the train station, you can take a train to Timișoara. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Timișoara, exit the train station and head towards the city center. You can follow the signs leading to the pedestrian area. As you walk through the bustling streets, you will eventually reach Strada Alba Iulia, where the pedestrian street is located.

Public Transportation
From the Arad City Center (Piața Avram Iancu), walk to the nearest bus station. Board bus number 21 towards Timișoara. After a 30-40 minute ride, you will arrive at the Timișoara bus station. From there, walk towards the city center. Head down Strada Mareșal Averescu and continue straight until you reach the large square (Piața Victoriei). From the square, you can find signs to guide you towards Strada Alba Iulia. It is a short walk from the square, and you will enter the pedestrian zone with plenty of shops and restaurants.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Arad. Start your ride from the Arad City Center (Piața Avram Iancu) and head south on Bulevardul Revoluției. Follow the same route as described for walking until you reach the train station. Once at the train station, take your bike on the train to Timișoara. After arriving in Timișoara, follow the bike paths leading towards the city center. You should be able to navigate through the streets to arrive at Strada Alba Iulia, which is a car-free zone perfect for biking.
