To reach Tâmpa using public transport, take bus number 20, 24, or 30 from the main bus station (Autogara 2) or from the city center, which can be accessed via the local tram. Get off at the 'Tâmpa' stop, and from there, follow the signs leading to the trailhead. The bus ticket costs about 3 RON. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to avoid long waits.

If you are in the city center, you can walk to Tâmpa. Start at the Council Square (Piața Sfatului) and head towards the Strada Poarta Schei.
