From the central area of Brașov, start at Piata Sfatului (Council Square). Head east on Strada Michael Weiss. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mureșenilor, then turn right. Walk for about 10 minutes, enjoying the vibrant shops and cafes along the way. This road will take you to the base of Tâmpa Mountain.

Once you arrive at the base of Tâmpa Mountain, look for the cable car station (Telecabina Tâmpa). If you'd like to take the cable car, purchase your ticket and enjoy a scenic ride up the mountain. The cable car operates daily, but check the schedule for the last ride back down.

Hiking
If you prefer to hike, look for the marked trail that begins near the cable car station. The hike is moderately challenging and will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Follow the signs leading you upwards through the beautiful forested area until you reach the summit of Tâmpa, where you can take in stunning views of Brașov and the surrounding mountains.

Alternatively, you can take bus number 20 from the central bus station (Autogara 2) to the stop near the cable car station. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, you will need to walk a short distance to the cable car station.
