Walking
From the center of Stupini, head south on Strada Stupini toward Strada Dâmbului. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Strada Dâmbului and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mihai Viteazul. Turn right onto Strada Mihai Viteazul and walk for about 600 meters until you reach the main road, Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Cross the street and follow the signs leading to the city center. Continue walking until you reach the Black Church, which is a well-known landmark. Turnul Negru is located nearby, in the same area.

Public Transport
From Stupini, walk to the nearest bus stop on Strada Stupini. Take bus number 9 or 20 towards Brașov City Center. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Teatrul Dramatic', which is close to the Black Church. Once you get off, walk towards the Black Church, and Turnul Negru is situated in that vicinity. Please note that a single bus ticket costs around 2.5 RON, which you can purchase at the ticket vending machine at the bus stop or on the bus.
