Walking
If you're starting from the central area of Tractorul (like the local shops or the Tractorul Plaza), head southeast on Strada Tractorului. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Sânzienelor. Turn left onto Strada Sânzienelor and walk for about 300 meters. You will see Nicolae Titulescu Park on your right. The park is easily recognizable by its green space and playground.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Tractorul Plaza, you can take Bus number 4 towards Răcădău. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop, which is located just outside the Plaza. After approximately 5 stops (about 10 minutes), get off at the 'Nicolae Titulescu' stop. The park is located a short walk from the bus stop; just head straight for about 200 meters, and you will see the entrance to the park.
