If you are in the Tractorul neighborhood, start by heading south on Strada Tractorului. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Strada Aurel Vlaicu. Turn left onto Strada Aurel Vlaicu and walk for another 300 meters. You will see the entrance to Nicolae Titulescu Park on your right.
