Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near any metro station, take Line M2 (the blue line) towards Pipera. Get off at the 'Obor' station. After exiting the station, head west on Strada Obor until you reach Bulevardul Ferdinand I. Turn left onto Bulevardul Ferdinand I and continue until you reach the intersection with Strada Icoanei. Turn right onto Strada Icoanei, and Icon's Church will be on your left.

  • Tram

    From anywhere in the city, locate a tram stop that services line 5 or 16. If you are near Unirii Square, take the tram towards 'Cora Lujerului' (for line 5) or 'Berceni' (for line 16). Get off at the 'Piața Rosetti' stop. From the tram stop, walk along Strada Icoanei heading north, and you will find Icon's Church on the right side.

    Find a nearby bus stop that serves lines 135 or 301. If you are around the University of Bucharest, you can catch bus 135 towards 'Pădurea Băneasa' or bus 301 towards 'Piața Roșie'.
