From Eroilor, transfer to Line 1 (the blue line) towards Pantelimon and get off at the Tineretului station. Exit the station and head southeast on Strada Tineretului until you reach Parcul Carol, where the National Office for the Cult of Heroes is located at Strada General Candiano Popescu 6.
