If you are near a metro station, take Line M1 (the yellow line) towards Dristor 1. Get off at the Unirii Square station (Piata Unirii). Once you exit, follow the signs to the Unirii Park. Walk towards the Carol Park area, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the metro station. As you walk, head south along the Bdul. I.C. Bratianu and then turn right onto Strada General Candiano Popescu. The Dimitrie Leonida Technical Museum will be on your left.
Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 104 or 123. Both buses have stops near Parcul Carol. If you take bus 104, get off at the 'Parcul Carol' stop. If you take bus 123, get off at 'Bdul. Tineretului' and walk a short distance towards Strada General Candiano Popescu. The museum is located within the park area, and you should see signs directing you to it.
Walking
If you are in the vicinity of the center of Bucharest, you can walk to the museum. Head towards Calea Victoriei, then turn onto Bdul. Regina Elisabeta, and continue until you reach the intersection with Strada General Candiano Popescu. Turn left, and after a short walk, you will arrive at the Dimitrie Leonida Technical Museum located within Parcul Carol.
Tram
Find a nearby tram stop and take tram number 1 or 10 towards 'Dristor'. Get off at the 'Parcul Carol' station. From there, it's a short walk to the museum. Head towards the park entrance, and follow the signs that direct you to the Dimitrie Leonida Technical Museum.
