From Universitate, exit the station and head towards Bulevardul Nicolae Balcescu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Lipscani. Turn left onto Strada Lipscani and walk for about 5 minutes. You will find Palatul Pinacotecii at Strada Lipscani 18-20.
