Walking
From the heart of Old Town, head towards Calea Victoriei street. If you are near the famous Lipscani area, walk towards the intersection of Lipscani and Calea Victoriei. Turn left onto Calea Victoriei. Continue walking straight for approximately 600 meters. You will pass by various cafes and shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the prominent buildings, and in about 10 minutes, you will see the Atatürk Statue on your right, located at Calea Victoriei 44-46.
Public Transport
If you prefer public transport, you can take tram number 1 from the nearest tram stop in Old Town (e.g., the Universitate stop). Ride the tram for 3 stops and get off at the Cismigiu stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the statue. Head east on Calea Victoriei, and after walking approximately 800 meters, the Atatürk Statue will be on your left. Note that a single ticket for the tram costs around 3 RON (Romanian Leu).
