From the 'Universitate' Metro station, after turning left, walk straight along Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu until you reach the intersection with Strada Doamnei. Turn right onto Strada Doamnei. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find the Saint Elijah-Colțea Church on your left at Strada Doamnei 18.
